Walid Jumblat on Qadhdhafi's model of government

Back in October 1978, Walid Jumblat (in a published letter to Mu`ammar Al-Qadhdhafi) wrote:  "...the unique Libyan experience which aims at liberating the Libyan man, and consequently the Arab man from exploitation, monopoly, and class chains...."  It was published in the Lebanese press on October 9th, 1978 (and cited in Antoine Khuwayri, Harb Lubnan, volume 6, p. 512).
