torture in Afghanistan? No way. Under US watch? No way on earth

"Suspected insurgents in Afghan custody have been subjected to torture including electric shocks, being hung by their hands and having their genitals twisted, the United Nations mission in Afghanistan said in a report Monday."  You are telling me that agencies that were created and armed and trained by the US employ torture? I don't believe it.
