Prince Sultan and reading

The oil era in the Arab world brought bribes and wealth to the oil dynasties and it brought misery, deception, hypocrisy, fanaticism, and tyranny to the rest of the Arab world.  The website of Al-Arabiyyah (the news station of King Fahd's brother-in-law) had to admit that this guy never went to school so it said that he "expanded his horizons through intensive reading in the area of knowledge of diplomacy".  I have offered to cut my hand off if it can be proven that he ever read anything in his life, aside from porn.
