Official policy of the New York Times

Do you notice that the New York Times never now refers to Hamas without reminding readers that it seeks "Israel's destruction"?  As in:  "Hamas, which rules in Gaza and calls for Israel’s destruction..." But why not then refer to Israel and then adds: which seeks the destruction of Hamas, Hizbullah, and Islamic Jihad and any resistance movement against Israel and which seeks the destruction of any regime that does not sign a peace treaty with Israel and which destroyed the Palestinian entity that existed prior to the creation of Israel? Why not?
