The Iranian assassination plot IV

So it is not amazing that the Western press is not expressing skepticism about the so-called assassination plot in Washington, DC, of all places.   The Iranian government, according to the US government claim, assigned one person to undertake the job and did not even give him any logistical help.  They basically told him: travel to Mexico and hook up with any drug dealer you encounter.  Not only that, but the Iranian dude who--according to US government--decides while hatching the plot to go and travel to Iran.  I mean, any American-Iranian knows that if he goes to Iran, he is asked questions upon return, but this assassin decides: what the hell.  Let me go to Iran and I don't expect to be asked question or arrested on the way back.  I mean, Ba`thists cook up scenarios like this, but not as dumb as this one.
