Comrade Laleh sent me this (I cite with her permission):  "is a shocking character he has essentially entirely written the rules of war-fighting to indicate that when fighting against the weak, a "democracy" should be protecting its own soldiers rather than the civilians of the enemy.  his writing is just terrifying and he is also one of the first people to jump on the bandwagon of drone assassination as a useful way to kill the enemy!  he was also a legal advisor of the southern command (in charge of gaza) and probably responsible for loads of atrocities there. of course as a war criminal he also has an academic post in Utah!"
