Arab tyrants

In many ways, Arab tyrants are alike.  Qadhdhafi was unique in one way: he was too eccentric to have one friend among the tyrants.   He had no war to go.  Mubarak could still find refuge in a dozen Arab countries (plus Israel)) if he wanted.
