What was Michel Sulayman doing with a Lebanese tool of Israel?

Lebanese president Michel Sulayman, posing for a picture with the notorious Sharbil Barakat, who split off from the Lebanese Army in 1975 to join the ranks of pro-Israeli militias in Lebanon.  Barakat, like many members of Israeli militias in Lebanon, settled in the US/Canada.  (thanks Mohammad)
