The Outrageous Lies of Buthayna Sha`ban

Buthayna Sha`ban has emerged as the dishonest spokesperson for a brutal regime.  She has proven that she would not stop at anything in defending the crimes of the regime.  She has claimed in Russia that "only" 1400 Syrians have been killed and that half are security forces and the other half are members of the "armed gangs".  Does she think that anyone will believe her?  Does anyone believe that she believes herself?
