Israelis set a mosque on fire and that is how it is (un)covered in passing in the New York Times

Can you imagine if this was about Muslims setting a synagogue on fire? Can you imagine the international uproar? I can imagine the text of a US Congressional resolution and the text of a UNSC presidential statement.  "Earlier in the day, Israeli settlers in the West Bank tried to set a fire inside a disused mosque to protest the Israeli military’s destruction of three settler houses at an illegal outpost."  Bronner even gives their "attempt" justification.  (thanks Yahya)
