Flash: Jeffrey Feltman refers to Algeria as Aljazeera

I am not making this up.  Jerome sent me this:  "Hi Asad I was quite curious and wanted to hear Fetlman in Arabic so I've checked  some videos on youtube I'd found that: Listen from 1min 05s, for him Algeria is called "al jazeera" in Arabic.  And of course, after 30s he switches to English."
