Dunya TV

Dunya TV is a pro-Syrian regime TV owned by the corrupt Makhlufs of Syria.  I was watching some of it in the last few days.  I must confess that it is rather effective propaganda: they mix humor and sarcasm with their offensive political message.  It is certainly (from the regime perspective) more effective than the standard regime TV stations in the Arab world.
