Today the Lebanese Military court convicted Col. Fayiz Karam and sentenced him to 2 years.  A lousy sentence for an act of treason.  The man belongs to the `Awni movement so Hizbullah has been silent about the case.  The `Awni movement believes that Hariri apparatus within the state made up the charges but anyone who read about the case can be convinced of this guilt.  No spies and terrorists for Israel in Lebanon are ever appropriately punished.  The Lebanese sectarian and political system prevents any punishment and accountability.
