Saddam calls for reform

After reading the statement about Syria by the Saudi King, Saddam Husayn, issued a statement from his grave in which he called on Bashshar to end the massacres and to implement series of reform.  Saddam wondered why Arab potentates don't follow his example of thorough reforms.
