NATO liberation of Libya

"Through Saturday, NATO and its allies had flown 7,459 strike missions, or sorties, attacking thousands of targets, from individual rocket launchers to major military headquarters."  Now although 70% of US bombings of Iraq in 1991 missed their targets according to Navy figures cited in "Crusade" by Rick Atkinson, the NATO bombing of Libya only hit Qadhdhafi and his sons.  All innocent deaths can be dismissed as Qadhdhafi's propaganda.
