Journalistic standards of the New York Times

So the New York Times, like other Zionist media, only care about Palestinians when they are being targeted, persecuted, or killed by fellow Arabs.  So it dispatched Isabel Kershner to report on the Raml Palestinian refugee camp in Latakia from...Israel.  Kid you not.  And the sources of her informants were:  " citing latest reports from what he described as a broad range of reliable sources."  Of course, I am only commenting on the shoddy journalism of the paper (can you imagine the paper publishing statements about Palestinian repression under Israeli occupation based on unnamed "latest reports from..a broad range of reliable sources"?  The editor would have been fired on the sport if such a statement were inserted in an article on Israel).  As for the Syrian government, I do believe stories of its cruelty against camp: the Asad regime has a long history in that regard.
