It is official: The New York Times has converted to Sunni Islam

Look at this language from a paper that never gave a blank about the plight and suffering of the Syrian people:  "Mr. Assad — a member of Islam’s minority Alawite sect — has escalated the violence dramatically, with brutal tank assaults on two mainly Sunni cities. Not even the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan has deterred him."  Would the New York Times ever write a sentence like this:  "Israel, which is a Jewish state, launched brutal assaults on predominantly Muslim and Christian Arab villages, etc.."   And also notice that the New York Times is offended that Asad regime continues its brutal repression during Ramadan when it never cared about US forces and Israeli forces continuing their assaults and wars on Arabs DURING the month of Ramadan.  Did the New York Times notice that Israeli bombed Palestinians during this months of Ramadan?
