Fair trial for Mubarak?

Notice how all those Western voices worried about a fair trial for Mubarak.  Where were they when Mubarak never once allowed for fair trials for thousands of Egyptians?  "“The question is, can he get a fair trial in the current political environment?” said Elijah Zarwan, an Egypt expert at the International Crisis Group. “There are new masters now, and, so soon after [Mubarak’s] fall, have they had time to gather the evidence in this case?”"
