An inside source (who does not want to be identified) sent me this: "Regarding the absence of AJE journalists in Gaza, I just want to point out
that most of the channel's arabic speaking journalists were
deployed to Egypt, Yemen, Libya etc. I suppose journalistically, the news from Gaza hasn't been as high a priority as the uprisings around it, and little has happened there in the last six months or so (of course,
Zionist murders continued unabated, but at a smaller scale). That said, I think AJE really needs to include more Arabic speaking journalists on it's roster-they definitely do not have enough to cover the various events in the Arab world right now, especially considering Ayman Mohyeldin has just left the network for NBC."
