Lebanese writers/columnists for Saudi princes are now writing non-stop against the Syrian regime. They started doing that back in 2005 when orders arrived from Riyadh following the assassination of ill-cited Rafiq Hariri. But what is hilarious is that as soon as the Saudi regime improved relations with Syria two years ago, all criticisms of Syria disappeared in the columns of those Lebanese writers. But say what you will about them, you can't deny this: they really take orders well, very well.
