Shalqam

Former Qadhdhafi's UN ambassador, `Abdur-Rahman Shalqam, talks to Al-Hayat (mouthpiece of Prince Khalid Bin Bribe bin Sultan).  Shalqam says--SUPRISE--that Qadhdafi was so nice and modest but that he changed.  Yet, he makes it clear that Qadhdhafi changed much earlier than the year when Shalqam broke with the regime.
