Read the small print: Israel bombed and killed Palestinians

Read this account in the New York Times which basically parrots the communiques of the Israeli military:  "An Israeli missile strike killed two Palestinians and wounded a third in central Gaza on Tuesday, according to a medical spokesman for the Hamas-led government there. The Israeli military said the victims had been preparing to fire a rocket at Israel and were believed to be members of an Islamic extremist group."  Can you imagine? Can you imagine if a person decides to kill people on the premise that they were about to shoot with no evidence provided?  Can you imagine a court accepting such criminal standard?
