Let the looting begin now: money for the PA

Salam Fayyad spoke to the news station of King Fahd's brother-in-law, Al-Arabiyyah.  He said that he really needs no more than $300 million.  He said that the thieves, crooks, and swindlers of the PA are getting impatient.
