How to read Al-Akhbar from Saudi Arabia

As you know, Saudi Arabia's government banned Al-Akhbar's website.  So Karim sent me this method to circumvent the ban:  "one of the best ways is to go over a proxy, like:  Just check one of the links at the bottom of the page and then you can enter whatever site you like, because you are surfing with a different IP (the one from the proxy). You just have to write the wanted internet address in the new window.  It works for example if someone wants to check his emails or take a look at youtube from the workplace computer if the company has put up a firewall.So I pretty much guess it will work also from Saudi Arabia concerning Al-Akhbar."
