It is without a doubt that the US committed horrific war crimes in Fallujah, Iraq a few years ago. When will there be a call for a trial or investigation? When will there be a book about what happened there?
PS Nir Rosent sent me this (I cite with his permission): "american crimes in falluja are not over, just as they are not over in vietnam where people continue to suffer the legacy of agent orange. i was in falluja a couple of months ago and encountered numerous infants and toddlers who were deformed in horrible and shocking ways, their parents were desperate but helpless, and many more women have stillborn children also. local doctors attribute the huge increase in these pre and post birth related problems to the american war on falluja. additionally, in any area that saw a lot of fighting during the american occupation you see similar problems, such as the neighborhood of aamriya in west baghdad".
