I told MacMaster that I would ask him questions and that I would post his answers here.  I started by asking why should we believe anything he says now.  So I sent him questions and he sent me back answers.  I read his lengthy answers but decided to not post the interview after all.  I dont think his defensive and self-righteous explanations should be given platform here.
