New Egyptian foreign minister

I am relieved that Nabil Fahmi was not appointed as Egypt's new foreign minister.  The new guy is Muhammad Al-`Urabi, who started his career in the Egyptian Army.  He served in several Western embassies, including Germany and US.  I saw on Facebook that some Egyptians were praising him when he once debated an Israeli diplomat.   Since I don't know much about him, I ask readers to provide me with information if they know what is not being published.
