Meir Dagan: his latest brilliant insights on the Middle East

I told you how Israeli propaganda and its subservient Western media and Saudi media have for decades inculcated in us the notion of brilliance of Mossad and its directors.  Witness the recent fawning stories about this guy, Dagan.  He says the most obvious things, and his words are treated like some deep insights into the Arab psyche, or some geo-political pearls of wisdom. This should become a regular feature here. What did he say yesterday?  He said--kid you not and I even read it in Saudi media--that if Syrian regime falls, it would hurt the interests of Iran.  I kid you not.  OK, genius; Syria and Iran are allies, so if one falls it affects the other negatively.  How hard for you to understand that?  I mean, can you imagine that this is treated as sharp analysis on the Middle East.  Tomorrow, Dagan will observe this: that Hizbullah will not be happy if Iranian regime collapses.  Now you know that many of the young Arab generations consider Mossad agents as idiots.  You have to see how much fun Egyptians have been having with the latest accused Israeli spy in Egypt.
