I hope for an era where Arab leaders can read Arabic

I watched the speech by Emir of Kuwait yesterday.  The man can barely read.  The previous day, I watched a speech by Jordanian King, who was tutored in Arabic after ascending to the throne.  Now, he is not as bad as Sa`d Hariri (whose Arabic is at the level of a sixth-grader), but still.  He read each word by word (and they clearly had marks of them to assist his reading), and it was clearly that he did not comprehend what he was reading.   Saudi King is of course, illiterate, LITERALLY illiterate
