Democracy lessons by the Syrian regime

The Syrian foreign minister announced that Syria will soon give lessons in democracy.  Lesson number: 1) take the citizen and place him inside a tire. 2) Beat the hell out of the citizens.  3) Electrocute the genitals of the citizen.  This end lesson number one and lesson number two will follow.
