Hilarious irony

I think that US officials love to say that: that Iran is hypocritical for supporting Arab protests while repressing opposition at home.  But this hypocrisy is a facet of US policies in the Middle East: US supports protests in Syria but blesses repression in Bahrain and Oman and UAE.  So if there is one government that should be ashamed of invoking hypocrisy it is the US.
