Will Qatar lead NATO?

Qatar is being rewarded for its aggressive role in Libya in support of NATO intervention.  A Qatari diplomat is now slated to succeed Amru Musa as secretary-general of the League of Arab Tyrannies.  Hell, I won't be surprised if a Qatar is appointed as secretary-general of NATO given Qatari services to the US as of late.
