Hariri propaganda and Al-Akhbar

So which is which? Hariri propagandists often claims to Western media--for obvious reasons--that Al-Akhbar is nothing but a mouthpiece for Hizbullah.  Yet, this Hariri propagandist claims here that I am mocking Hasan Nasrallah in Al-Akhbar. So which is which?
