Free advice to Arab revolutions and uprisings--but not the lousy Libyan transitional council

I am willing to give free advice--if asked--to any Arab uprising or revolution.  However, I don't and would not render any advice to any Arab regime to help them stay in power because I don't want any Arab regime (or the lousy Iranian regime) to stay in power.  Why am I saying this now? Because yesterday I was approached by "someone in Damascus" to write advice or analysis about Syria to be read by Bashshar Al-Asad personally, as I was informed.  I did not respond to the email, naturally.
