Dramatic shift in the Middle East strategic balance

"The United States has quietly frozen weapon shipments to Lebanon's armed forces following the collapse of the country's pro-Western government, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday."  Wow. That is significant. It means that the Lebanese Army would no more receive those used and beat up vehicles from the US: and those vehicles, along with domestic repression devices, were crucial in defending Lebanon from Israeli aggression.
