To Naomi Wolf

I did like her first book, the Beauty Myth.  It was a good feminist critique of notions of capitalistic beauty.  But her later work was not even feminist, in my opinion.  She also is a hard core Zionist.  I really really kindly ask her to stay away from the Middle East: a subject that she knows nothing about, unless she wants to make a fool of herself, like Berkeley political science professor, Steven Fish, did in his last book, Are Muslims Distinctive? where he (who had no Middle East studies training) said, among other things, that Muslims consider Qadhdhafi a "hero."  I don't have time to provide full critique of that book, but will at some point.
