This smells really bad

I have noticed increased diplomatic and political contacts between Qatar and Saudi Arabia.  Look at this item regarding a visit to Qatar by Saud Al-Faysal (who was a fierce opponent to rapprochement between the two countries) and the "topics" discussed.  Clearly, Saudi Arabia is preparing the stage for trouble in the kingdom and wants to preempt any negative coverage by Aljazeera--which has been rather mute regarding protests in Saudi Arabia.  (thanks Sultan)
