This is Saudi propaganda

I noticed that Saudi propaganda, like the mouthpiece of Prince Salman and his sons, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat, are peddling this story:  "Dozens of Saudi extremists descended on the Riyadh International Book Fair late Wednesday night denouncing the sale of books "contrary to Islam," witnesses said.  Turki al-Shalil, a spokesman for the powerful Saudi religious police, told reporters that his men were not involved in the incident."  I don't buy it.  I think it is orchestrated.  If the Saudi government does not want them there, they would not be there. This is intended to show that the Saudi government is fighting extremists.  The story should focus on the banning of books by the same state-sponsored book fair, and how Al-Jamal publishing house, for example, was banned in its entirety.
