A Palestinian child dies in Lebanon because Lebanese hospitals refused his admission.  I can attest to that.  During the summer, I called the Lebanese Minister of Health, Muhammad Jawad Khalifah, to help in the case of a Palestinian woman in Lebanon.  He told me that there was nothing he could do in the case of Palestinians.
