The opposition movement in Libya

I want Qadhdhafi overthrown NOW but I am not crazy about the Libyan opposition movement based in Benghazi.  How can I trust a movement that is headed by a man appointed BY QADHDHAFI himself as Justice Minister.  You know what I mean?  This is like me hoping that Ahmad Shafiq in Egypt or Muhammad Ghannushi in Tunisia would lead the opposition.
