Nabil Al-`Arabia

Comrade Kamal is sending more information about the new Egyptian foreign minister, Nabil Al-`Arabi.  He tells me that he opposed Camp David throughout and was hated by Anwar Sadat. Sadat also hated him for his relations with Muhammad Hasanayn Hakal: they married two sisters.  Nabil's father was a well-known Arab nationalist.
