Musa Kusa

I just heard the Libyan foreign minister, Musa Kusa, speak about "human rights."  Here is the man who plotted the bombing of Pan Am 103 is speaking about human rights.  Oh, and he is the man who engineered since the late 1990s the honeymoon between the US and Libya.
