Lebanon at the UNSC

Lebanon is very proud of himself that it presented the resolution against Libya at the United National Security Council (on behalf of Saudi Arabia, Israel, and US of course).   This lousy country of Lebanon did not dare present a similar resolution at the United Nations Security Council when the country was under attack repeatedly by Israel.  It never thought it was necessary to call for no-fly zone over Israel?
