Charles Rizq (former Minister of Justice in Lebanon)

He was brought into government by his friend, Emile Lahhud, and he then was "persuaded" by Hariri Inc to switch sides completely:  "Agreeing with the Ambassador that this suit against Israel would be a most ill-advised move, Rizk said that nevertheless it is still under consideration."
