Amr Mousa wants to have it both ways

Amr Mousa has now criticized the bombing of civilian targets by Western armies.  Somebody should ask Amr Mousa: when did the US, or Western governments, ever attack a country and spare civilians from their bombings? When?  This is why one reason, among many, why one should categorically reject Western military intervention in Middle East countries.
