Aljazeera versus Al-Arabiyyah TV

My confidential sources tell me that Al-Arabiyyah TV, which has been announcing for days that its broadcast signals have been jammed by the Libyan government, has actually made up that story as a PR gimmick.  As is known, Aljazeera has been dominating the Arab airwaves ever since the Tunisian uprising and the competition has not even had a chance.  This has led to Arab governments' jamming of its signals, especially the Egyptian government through Nilesat.  Al-Arabiyyah (the station of King Fahd's brother-in-law) felt that it could not but invent the story of jamming to pretend that it is influential.
