Aljazeera and Morocco

Some people wrote to me in defense of Aljazeera's coverage (or lack thereof) of Morocco.  I was reminded that the Moroccan government has banned Aljazeera from the country.  That is a silly point: being banned from a country never stopped Aljazeera from covering it.  Aljazeera (during its famous feud with Saudi Arabia) covered extensively and comprehensively Saudi Arabia, while it was strictly banned from the country.
