Sa`d Shazli

If Sa`d Shazli is not a staunch Arab nationalist, anti-Zionist, he would have been mourned and cited in the international press.  He did much to prepare Egypt for the early successes in the 1973, and his memoirs detail the extent to which the ill-cited clown, Anwar Sadat, foiled the military plans of the Egyptian high command.  He died today and was barely mentioned.
