Kurdistan

Comrade Sinan commented on Facebook that Western media must be really scratching their heads trying to understand the protests in Iraqi Kurdistan.  Here is a region that was supposed to be an example of democracy and transparency and yet there are wide protests and government repression there.  Barely covered in the US press.
