This must be part of the theater of the absurd.  This Saudi government propagandist (editor-in-chief of Prince Salman's mouthpiece, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat--many Arab readers of this blog were furious when I changed the background color of this blog because it reminded them of that lousy sheet, but I love the color green) preaches to Egyptian warning them against the extremist speech and talking about the presence of Egyptians in militant movements.  Tell that propagandist that Nasser succeeded in dismantling and defeating the Islamic fundamentalist movement in Egypt and beyond if it was not for the Saudi rescue of those fanatics throughout the world.  Prince Turki is the mid-wife of Al-Qa`idah.
